1What we collect

To operate the platform we collect:

  • Account data — name, email, phone, role, language preference.
  • Employer data — legal name, FEIN, addresses, NAICS/SOC codes, housing and workers’-comp details.
  • Petition data — job order terms, wages, recruitment records, deadlines, case numbers.
  • Worker personal data — for DS-160 preparation: name, date of birth, place of birth, passport details, photo, and related visa-application fields.
  • Government credentials — if you opt in, your FLAG/USCIS (Login.gov) sign-in credentials, stored encrypted.

2How we use it

We use your data solely to prepare and organize your H-2A filings, calculate wages and deadlines, generate forms, coordinate with workers you designate, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3How we secure it

Data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security so each customer can access only their own records. Government credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; encryption keys are held in a dedicated secrets manager. Credentials are decrypted only during an active preparation session and are cleared from memory immediately after use, and every access is logged.

4Sharing and processors

We share information with the government agencies your filing is directed to (DOL, SWAs, USCIS, and consular posts) as part of preparing your petition, and with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — for example payment processing, transactional email, and worker messaging. These providers process data only to perform their function.

5Retention

Petition records are retained for three years after the contract end date (20 CFR 655.167). Worker DS-160 data is retained for the active petition plus one year and then deleted. Stored credentials are deleted promptly upon revocation or account closure. You may request deletion of your account data subject to these recordkeeping obligations.

6Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and (where applicable, including under the CCPA) exercise additional rights, by contacting us. Workers may request access to or deletion of their data through the employer or contractor who invited them.
